Dragoș Dogaru is a product & applied arts designer, PhD student of the National University of Arts and trainee member of the Fine Artists’ Union of Romania, studio based in Bucharest – the city of his inspiration, being also the initiator of the #artdecobucharest project, a savoir-faire defining his #opartdeco design language.

Starting from lighting design and furniture design to graphic design and applied arts he relies on a consistent approach, in a playful geometric key, with surprising colors, textures and shapes. His design works were featured in numerous publications and at several editions of Paris Design Week (2017, 2022), Romanian Design Week (2015, 2017, 2023), Berlin Design Week (2024) and recently awarded at BIG See Lublijana (2025).
